Ferrari Moe provided building envelope waterproofing services for this AIA California Council Award Winning Project. The unique design extends the lower level of the campus placing the heart of the campus under the existing field. Our consulting services included below-grade waterproofing; exterior finish and cladding systems; windows, storefront and door systems; and roofing and deck systems for the project which included new construction and renovations to existing buildings.
