Replacement of old, worn awnings with new Sunbrella.

The Spanish roof clay tiles were carefully removed, underlayment replaced, and tiles re-installed for a durable, long-lasting roof for years to come.

The project included a healthy solar PV and thermal installation. New shade structure and carports were constructed to support new panels.
