project scope of work
As the Architect of Record for both the residential and commercial repairs, we design and oversaw construction for plaza deck repair, rusting steel elements, window repair, siding repair, and adding shear walls.
LITIGATION & INVESTIGATION
Ferrari Moe was an expert witness during construction litigation. We lead the investigation for finding defects in the building envelope, plaza deck, and structural items.
plaza
A large central plaza and podium deck was a major source of water intrusion. Intricate repairs to the membrane had to occur, taking into account the different plaza materials.
windows & siding
The project removed or repaired failing windows. As evidenced by the elevation, the siding varies often, so different detailing and repair plans had to be developed for each type.
