Nadia Anis, AIA

Nadia has been with Ferrari Moe since its inception and became Partner in 2001.  She has many years of experience in architectural diagnostics with an emphasis on building envelope waterproofing and restoration for both commercial and residential construction. Nadia has served on many conflict resolution and litigation cases as an expert witness. She has unique experience in redesign and rehabilitation of historic building facades. Nadia is a founding member of the USIBD (U S Institute of Building Documentation) and is an industry leader in the use of 3D data in architecture and construction to improve quality while reducing cost. Nadia is a licensed architect in California and holds an NCARB certificate. Nadia holds a Master of Architecture and Urban Design degrees from Washington University St. Louis.
