windows

The original wood windows are in dire need of replacement, but given the height and extreme exposure, only high performance windows will be adequate. We're working with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHIPO) to find a suitable replacement.

project scope

This residential building towering over Market Street and the Tenderloin, needed restoration of its masonry and terra-cotta cladding, window replacements, repair to rusting steel elements, and anchoring of an ornamental parapet wall.
