Brett is a founding partner with over thirty-three years of professional experience in structural engineering and consulting services.  Brett provides forensic consulting services for litigation support related to construction defects and code non-compliance for both plaintiff and defense parties.  He consults on a wide range of architectural, engineering and construction matters.  Brett has managed large reconstruction projects and provided structural designs for new and remedial work. Brett is a licensed Civil Engineer and Structural Engineer in California. He has a Baccalaurateato in Scientia degree in Civil Engineering from Brown University and a Masters of Science degree in Structural Engineering and Structural Mechanicals from UC Berkeley.
